Cancellation Policy: Transfer of registration or substitutions to another person may be done at any time without a fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations. Notice of cancellation received by email or postmarked by September 10, 2019, will be
granted the opportunity to apply registration funds to a future COAFCC SoCo sponsored event. COAFCC reserves the right to cancel any training or substitute any presenter should circumstances arise beyond our control.

can print out, fill in, and mail in.
Online Registration Form
Online registration is a two step process - 1) registration information and 2) payment information.
1) Fill out the registration form below, then click submit. This sends in your registration information to the conference organizers.
2) You will then have the opportunity to submit your payment online through paypal.com.
You will see a similar form, but it will have paypal payment buttons.You must click on the appropriate payment buttons, and then pay using a credit card or a paypal account to complete your registration.
